Registration Information

Re- registration for Corpus Christi students is held at the end of January.

Registration for new families follows within a week.

• All Children entering Pre-K3 must be three on or before Oct.1.
• All Children entering Pre-K4 must be four on or before Oct.1.
• All Children entering Kindergarten must be five on or before Oct.1.

The following documents must be presented at the time of all new registrations:

• Copy of the child’s birth certificate
• Copy of the child’s baptismal certificate and verification of reception of any additional sacraments if Catholic
• Copy of child’s most recent report card and standardized test scores

After your child has been registered, you will receive a health form.  This is to be completed and signed by your physician and is due by June 1.

Transfer students are welcome.  After the initial interview with the principal documentation of past and current grades and standardized test results must be submitted.
